Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. FrockMania want all customers to be 100% delighted with their purchase. However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return your purchase for a total refund. We accept returns and exchanges of unwanted items within 14 calender days.

Please put “RETURNS” and your personal ORDER NUMBER in the subject line. Include your name, and reason for return in the email.
Merchandise must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all labels and tags attached, free from stains and/or odours. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
We cannot issue a refund without the appropriate proof of purchase. When returning an item, please include proof of purchase (ie the packing slip from the front of the packet).
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes, as We cannot accept items that are damaged &/or soiled in transit.
ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 2-3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of the item(s).
Refunds will be issued back through the original payment method. Please be advised that it may take between 3-5 working days for any funds due to reflect in your banking statement. Unfortunately this is out of our control, as this depends on your banking service provider. Original (& returning) shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customs or import duties charged on international returns will be charged to the sender except where the returned item is faulty or defective. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest you place a new order for the item you want to ensure that it is in stock. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise back to your original form of payment.
